As long as you haven't made your first deposit at Jack's, you are still able to change your IBAN linked to your Jack's account by yourself. However, after making your first deposit, this won't be possible anymore. We will only be able to change your IBAN if you have a valid reason and if you have already used your new IBAN to make a deposit to your Jack's account. If you meet those requirements and you would like to change your IBAN, please get in touch with our customer support team. They will decide whether it is possible to accept your request.
