If you have not yet made a deposit with that IBAN, you can still change it yourself. If you have already made a deposit, you can change the IBAN through our Customer Support. You do need to have satisfied a number of conditions:
- The first deposit must have been made from the IBAN first specified.
- Your account must be verified.
- Your account needs to be activated.
- Obviously, the new IBAN needs to be in your name.
