The loss limit is the maximum amount you’re able to lose per calendar month. Once you’ve reached this limit, you won’t be able to continue playing until the next calendar month. In order to calculate the loss limit, we pay attention to the deposits. Any possible winnings made during the current calendar month will be added to that amount. On the first day of each new calender month, your loss limit will be reset.
Example 1:
You have a loss limit of €250. You made a deposit of €500, but unfortunately you lost €250. As a result you have now reached your loss limit and won’t be able to continue playing during the remaining calendar month, even though you still have €250 left on your balance. You may withdraw €250 to your bank account.
Example 2:
You have a loss limit of €500. You made a deposit of €1000 and then won €100 at Jack’s. €500 + €100 = €600, so now you may lose up to €600 for the remaining calendar month before you’ll reach your loss limit.
Please be informed that any pending bet is considered as a potential loss. For example, if you place a bet of €50 on a football match that is still two months away, this amount will count as a ‘loss’ for the current calendar month.
