There are several reasons why your document may have been rejected:
- Incomplete document or missing information
- The document should not be cropped, all four corners must be visible. Make sure all essential information such as address/date/bank account number is visible.
- Low quality, blurry or illegible
- We accept a variety of formats, including digital photos, scanned images, PDF and screenshots. Please check that everything is legible before sending the document.
- Name does not match
- Unless specifically requested otherwise, documents must be in the name of the account holder.
- Corporate bank statements
- We require a bank statement from a private account - you cannot deposit/withdraw with a corporate bank account.
- Unsigned document
- Passports, credit/debit cards and bank statements must be signed.
- Expired or too old
- Documents must be valid, and proof of address that is not an ID must not be older than 6 months.
- Wrong type of document. We only accept the following documents: passport, ID card and drivers license.
