There are several reasons why your ID may have been rejected:
- Incomplete document or missing information:
The document should not be cropped, all four corners must be visible. Also make sure all essential information such as address/date/bank account number is visible.
- Low quality, blurry or illegible:
We accept a variety of formats, including digital photos, scanned images, PDF and screenshots. Please check that everything is clearly visible before uploading the document.
- Name does not match:
Unless specifically requested otherwise, documents must be in your own name.
- Expired or too old:
Only valid a valid Dutch ID can be accepted.
